- **Free, $0/mo.** Up to 100 win-back sends a month. Full 4-touch engine, predictive ranking, margin-aware discounts, recovered-revenue dashboard.
- **Growth, $29/mo (recommended).** 1,000 sends a month. Everything in Free plus custom emails & branding, RFM segments & VIP protection, A/B subjects and adaptive flow, weekly at-risk digest.
- **Pro, $49/mo.** Unlimited sends. Everything in Growth plus premium analytics and a revenue-at-risk forecast.

## Billing notes
- Billed through Shopify on your regular invoice; Shopify takes 0% of Relode's first $1M in App Store revenue.
- A "send" is one win-back email to one lapsed customer; sequences stop the moment the customer buys.
- Cancel anytime from inside Shopify; your data always belongs to you.
