Section 02Billing · plainly stated
Billing, plainly

The parts people ask about.

How does billing work?

At launch, all plans are billed through Shopify, on your regular Shopify invoice. There is no separate card to enter. Shopify takes 0% of our first $1M in app revenue, so early on every dollar of the plan goes into building Relode.

Is there really a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan runs the complete four-touch engine with predictive ranking and margin-aware discounts, up to 100 win-back sends a month. No card required. Most small stores can recover meaningful revenue without ever paying.

What counts as a “send”?

One win-back email to one lapsed customer. A customer in a four-touch sequence uses up to four sends, but the sequence stops the moment they buy, so most cost far fewer. You only spend sends on customers who have actually gone quiet.

What if I run out of sends?

Upgrade to Pro for unlimited sends, or wait for your monthly allowance to reset at the start of the next calendar month. You can change plans any time from the app settings.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Change or cancel from inside Shopify whenever you like. Your recovered-revenue history stays in your dashboard, and your customer data always belongs to you.

Choosing a plan

Not sure which plan? Start with the number.

Run the free audit first. It sizes your recoverable revenue so you can see whether Free is enough or Growth pays for itself in a week.
